Beachwood Brewing Hosts “Pints & Ponytails” — A Hairstyling Workshop for Fathers in Partnership with Career Academy of Beauty
Long Beach, Calif. — June 2026 — Beachwood Brewing & Distilling is bringing dads together for an evening of braiding and beers with the launch of Pints & Ponytails, a unique community event designed to help fathers build confidence in basic hairstyling skills for their daughters.
Taking place on Tuesday, June 30 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Beachwood Brewing & Distilling in Long Beach, the ticketed workshop will feature hands-on instruction from cosmetology students of the Career Academy of Beauty. Attendees will learn practical hairstyling basics — including ponytails, braids, and simple styling techniques — using professional mannequin heads in a relaxed, approachable environment.
Each ticket includes:
- Admission to the hairstyling workshop
- Guided instruction from cosmetology students
- One beer or non-alcoholic beverage
