Building on the resources and tips that we released earlier this month in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are proud to announce three weeks of Sip & Flow Yoga Classes. We put out a Call-to-Action on our social networks and were met with great enthusiasm from local beer-loving yogis who are generously donating their time to provide 1-hour classes for our supporters via Zoom. Classes are complimentary, but we’ll post information for each instructor should you wish to send them a little monetary thank you. Registration is required. See below for details:
Friday, May 15 | 2PM Pacific Time
Sip & Flow Yoga with Hannah Rex
Hannah Rex is an east-coast transplant who now lives, bikes, surfs, and does yoga in the South Bay. After quarantine, she can’t wait to play beer-fueled board games that last too long at all of her favorite breweries. She spends way too much time curating her yoga playlists, so you can be sure to expect something not totally terrible! Follow her at @hannah_rex.
Friday, May 22 | 5PM Pacific Time
Sip & Flow Yoga with Gabby Bella
Gabby Bella is no stranger to the world of craft beer! Having worked at her local South Bay brewery for some time she grew a strong appreciation for the craft brew community and their ability to adapt. Aside from the brewery atmosphere she also enjoys getting down with some yoga, jiu jitsu, gardening, trying to fix her always broken vanagon, and scouring for new hiking spots! You can expect some Black Sabbath and Hendrix music vibes in this Sip and Flow! Follow her at @burnbyyoga.

Wednesday, May 27 | 6pm Pacific Time
Sip & Flow Yoga with Jenessia Briana
Jenessia Briana is an LA based yoga teacher and long distance runner seeking to help others connect to their inner wisdom through breath and movement. Follow her at @jenessiabriana
We hope that you’ll take some time with us this month to stretch out and release some stress with our knowledgeable team of instructors. All levels are welcome, no purchase is necessary, and of course — you can totally have your camera off if you don’t want anyone seeing you. Cheers to our physical and mental health during these crazy times!
