L.A. Brewers Beer Garden Returns to Van Nuys Arts Festival

The Van Nuys Arts Festival returns to the Van Nuys Civic Center for the third year in a row and will once again feature an intimate beer garden curated by members of the Los Angeles County Brewers Guild. Join five valley-area breweries for an evening of art, music, food trucks, and more. Produced by Fuscicology on behalf of Councilwoman Nury Martinez and the Department of Cultural Affairs LA, the 3rd annual Van Nuys Arts Festival is a free event open to the public with various programming scheduled from 5pm-9pm on Friday, September 27, 2019.

Beers will be flowing in the 21+ over Beer Garden from 5pm-8:45pm. Last call for drink ticket sales is at 8:30pm. Drink tickets will be $8 for a 16-ounce pour.

Partnering with our local San Fernando Valley Artists and Arts organizations, this creative and exciting event will feature: art, music, food and plenty of fun for the whole family with free admission. Yes, free admission!  Special thanks to the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs.

Artists will include: Debi Cable, Todd Moyer, Black Light King, and Darlene Kerns presenting a glow nature garden. Special Live Performance by Selena Quintanilla tribute band Selenamos, alongside DJ & Host DJ Les Ortiz plus performances from The Gr818ers Dance Crew, Champs Charter High School of the Arts & Panorama High School.

We welcome this years partners LACMA, CSUN Art Department, 11:11 A Creative Collective, Discovery Cube LA, Tia Chuchas, Lyft Scooters, Metro, Mission College Art Department, with support from Birmingham High School, High Tech LA Middle School & Vista Middle School and Sports Medicine Magnet.

Information Booths on site will include: Presenter Nury Martinez’s CD6, 2020 Census, City of Los Angeles Office of Wage Standards, Girls Athletic Leadership School, LADOT Transit, Los Angeles Public Library, Office of The City Clerk Election Division, along with a great selection of vendors + food trucks plus a beer garden presented by the L.A. Brewers Beer Garden for those 21+ to enjoy.
