DESCRIPTION:Do you want to learn how to brew your own beer or just wondering what brewing is like using a commercial brewing system? Ever wonder how non-professional homebrewers diving into a large commercial system adjust after 9 years of running a brewery? \nFor LA Beer Week we will give you a candid and rare opportunity to experience a full\, complete\, no bullshit brewing day with us from the balancing of the water\, milling of the grains\, mashing\, sparging\, boiling\, hopping\, whirlpooling\, knocking out\, yeast pitching and cleaning! (We actually had half the crowd stay with us till the bitter end last year) We will show you every step of the brewing process with long winded speeches/rants\, samples and lots of pointing at stuff. \nYou may also be lucky enough to witness the more personal innerworkings of a brew day that you probably will never hear about like: \n\nPotential cursing in several languages if we have a stuck mash.\nHow to fish out a thermometer we accidentally dropped in the boiling kettle\nOpening the wrong valve and pretending we meant to do that\nForgetting things\nFist fights after not hitting the intended specific gravity after boil\n\nThere will also be plenty of time and opportunities to ask questions about anything beer or brewery business related\, shoot the shi… and just enjoy a nice day of brewing with us. This year we will also give everyone an opportunity to try out all the beers finishing up in the tanks. \nSpace is limited to 25 people. Lunch and a free pint of beer will be provided. +21 and over. No pets allowed for this event. No open toed footwear

Think of it this way… have you ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse where the waitstaff parades around with skewers of meat all for your gorging pleasure? Trade the meat for Kolsch and that’s Kolsch service! You and your friends sit down\, a your server shows up with a “Kranz” of Kolsch (a wooden holder with eight 8oz glasses of Kolsch) to get you started. Grab a glass\, and once its empty your server will replace with a fresh one until you put a coaster on top to say\, “no more please”. We’ll keep track and we can settle up with you at the end. Keep a tab open for a table or per the individual\, its up to you! \n \n  \n

SUMMARY:Claremont Village Craft Beer Walk 2025
DESCRIPTION:It’s time again to kick off the summer at the Claremont Village Craft Beer Walk! \nThis annual sold-out event has become a mainstay in the Claremont Village\, as more than 1\,500 guests sample craft beer from local breweries\, enjoy small bites from top local restaurants and dance to live music at several outdoor sites. \nAttendees will begin check in at one of two sites—the Claremont Depot or Shelton Park—where volunteers from the Kiwanis Club of Claremont will verify IDs and provide drink tickets and a souvenir glass. Guests will receive a wristband and 12 beer tasting/food tickets to be used at any of the beer stops. \nPre-sale tickets are available on Eventbrite for $50. Beginning June 1\, in-person tickets will be for sale in the Village at Amelie\, Bunny Gunner Gallery and Bert & Rocky’s Cream Co. After June 10\, ticket prices go to $55\, so purchase them early to get them at the discounted rate. Designated Driver tickets are available for $25\, which grants ticket holder to 12 food tasting\, but no event glass or beer. \nLA Brewers Guild Breweries: \n\nBurning Bridge Brewing\nOld Stump Brewing Co\nInnovation Brew Works\nOgopogo Brewing\n\nThe Claremont Village Marketing Group (CVMG) Beer Walk is a fundraiser for the CVMG\, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that supports free marketing services to independent businessowners in the Claremont Village.
