DESCRIPTION:We’ll be releasing our second LA Beer Week collab with Monkish\, Cats! This is a DDH West Coast Pilsner that uses a hop combo of Nelson Sauvin\, Idaho 7\, Idaho 7 Cryo\, Zumo\, Nelson Sauvin Abstrax Quantum\, & Citra Hyperboost. Cats! is super hoppy & extra tasty\, just the way we like it. You’ll experience notes of lime zest\, purple gummy bear\, & Riesling Grape. \nFour packs of Cats will be available to go this Tuesday through the taproom. We’ll also be pouring Cats! Tuesday when our doors open at 12PM as well.
