With a wealth of input from LA Brewers Guild member brewers\, we put together a badass west coast IPA recipe with our signature ISM twist that reads extra pale and super crisp. The hop choices in this one combine for notes of berry lemonade\, fresca and an extra kick of dankness!\n\nThe release party will feature a DJ Andrea Toiyas on the beats\, and parking is validated for 3 hours if you park at 210 Lofts Parking Garage (make sure you write down your license plate number before you leave your car and scan the QR code we have at the bar).

Think of it this way… have you ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse where the waitstaff parades around with skewers of meat all for your gorging pleasure? Trade the meat for Kolsch and that’s Kolsch service! You and your friends sit down\, a your server shows up with a “Kranz” of Kolsch (a wooden holder with eight 8oz glasses of Kolsch) to get you started. Grab a glass\, and once its empty your server will replace with a fresh one until you put a coaster on top to say\, “no more please”. We’ll keep track and we can settle up with you at the end. Keep a tab open for a table or per the individual\, its up to you! \n \n  \n
