Holidays are fast approaching, so make sure you join us for this month’s Beer Lab next Thursday, November 15 at 7pm to learn all about specialty beer cocktails! Our brewing team will be discussing how we come up with our secret flavor pairings with some of your favorite Dry River Brewing sour beers – including our wildly popular micheladas and mimosas as well as an exclusive new holiday cocktail designed for this Beer Lab only. You’ll leave with skills (and bottles) to impress your family and friends at your next get together!

Xibalba- 8% – Sour Chocolate Stout
Xibalba is back for its 2018 release. Featuring a blend of our dark base beers, we add Raisins, Dates, Chicory, cacao, and Mexican vanilla bean, to create a beer so rich and flavorful that it blurs the lines between stout, sour, and specialty beers. Rich milk chocolate aromas, anchored by a rich woody tannin, and waves of sun dried dark fruit.
